    • As Senior Counsel for ACS, provides legal advice on human resource matters including harassment, discrimination, terminations, restrictive covenants, disability, leave, wage & hour, safety, union campaigns and international employment

The meeting will take place on Tuesday, February 23, 2010, beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the Center for Community Cooperation located at 2900 Live Oak, Dallas, TX.  Time will be set aside from 5:30 until 6:00 for our members and guests to meet and greet one another.  The program will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m.  A light meal will be provided for our members and is available to our guests as well at minimal cost.

ACR-Dallas is a professional organization whose members are mediators, arbitrators, educators, trainers and professional neutrals.  ACR-Dallas is a chapter of the Association for Conflict Resolution, in international organization based in Washington, D.C., dedicated to enhancing the practice and public understanding of conflict resolution.
